- Nine (09) Months Valid Passport with Old Passport if have.
- Visiting Card.
- Recent 2 copy photographs taken in last 3 months (white background only, photo size 2 inch X 2 inch).
- Bank Statement last six months with bank solvency certificate
- Police clearance
- TIN Certificate
- Photocopy of Cheque Book
- Original Invitation letter from Sponsor. (Notary if personal invitation)
- The minimum balance must be BDT 200,000
