This compact home is designed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle, complete with air conditioning, WiFi, and a gaming room equipped with a PS5. I’m giving you a room in the perfect location, almost right on top of New York City. The Haviland Avenue area, located in the Bronx, NY 10462, is near the Unionport neighbourhood. Residents enjoy easy access to major roadways and public transit, including the Number 6 subway line. There’s even a Haviland Playground nearby.

For public transportation, you can access the Q44-SBS bus, which has stops near Cross Bronx Expressway Service Rd/Haviland Av and Castle Hill Av/Cross Bronx. The nearest subway station is West-Chester Sq- E Tremont Av, a 5-minute walk away.I believe you’ll appreciate my positive energy and my hosting hospitality.

From my home to Manhattan, it’s a 40-minute drive or a 60-minute bus or train. Manhattan is the most densely populated of New York City. It’s mostly made up of Manhattan Island, bounded by the Hudson, East and Harlem rivers. Among the world’s major commercial, financial and cultural centre. Its iconic sites include skyscrapers such as the Empire State Building, neon-lit Times Square and the theatres of Broadway. Check-in is mandatory with documents.
As muslim I do not eat or allow to cook pork, so it’s a pork free home.

“Welcome to the “NYC Room”, a cosy home at 2238 Haviland ave, Bronx, NY 10462. I’ve noticed that finding a room in Manhattan can be challenging, so I’ve taken the initiative to offer a room in my house, which is conveniently located near Manhattan but in the Bronx. I usually take the number 6 train to get there, which is a quick and comfortable journey, just a 5-minute walk from my home.

New York City is renowned for its high cost of living, especially Manhattan, which serves as the heart of the city. I am a culture lover person who love to host for cultures and experiences. You definitely like the cosy home & my spiritual idea. Moreover, It’s budget friendly and ideal home for solo positive person. I believes; the mind is always bigger than the body! And we all maintaining the body with our mind. In life, we should welcome positive people with positive energy! That’s I am trying to be and I love to live a life around positive people, so negative people are not welcome here. In my life positivity come 1st,than home sharing, than concepts, than life!
